Shipping policy

Shipping is done via PostNL and partner post offices. Shipping from warehouse is within 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed. Please note that in case of "Blind Date with a Book" packages, orders can be shipped within 3 - 5 days.

You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on PostNL availability.

Usual shipping times are 1 - 2 business days for NL.

For EU might vary between 1 business day and 2 weeks.

Please note for Belgium shipping is done directly via bpost. Same conditions as above apply.
